Chip collection without compromise

It all starts with the cyclone:  The Vortex Chip Collector was designed for aluminum and vinyl chip collection.  Highly efficient, perfectly aligned dual 5" inlets increase speed and  ensure chips and dust get deposited in the bin and a minimum amount reaches the filter.  Anything caught by the filter is easily removed with built in pneumatic shaker. 

Premium motor and fan reduce energy use, offer 900CFM at 2.6kw (3.5HP)  or 1530CFM 3.6kw (4.8HP) at 0.4 negative pressure  

A sight glass in the bin for monitoring refuse level and a quick release handle makes removing the 46 gallon bin for chip disposal easy.    

Even the best filters need a good shake, with the integrated filter shaker, 30 seconds of compressed air gets the job done.  

For safety a independent On/Off switch, large smooth glide locking casters, anti-static and oversized muffler included as standard equipment.
